  • 2 tbsp horseradish mousse
  • 4 slices pumpernickel (e.g. Naturaplan pumpernickel), cut in half crosswise
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lemons, use only the juice
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
