Smoked Salmon Tartare on Toast

  • 0.25 bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • 250 g smoked salmon, cut into slices
  • 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. ketchup
  • a little dill, to garnish
  • a little chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 4 slices toast bread
  • 25 g butter

  • Roughly chop the salmon, finely chop the herbs and mix well with the mayonnaise, ketchup, chilli flakes and lemon juice.
  • Spread the toast with butter. Place the shaping forms in the centre of the toasts, fill them with the tartar and press down lightly.
  • Garnish the tartar with dill and serve immediately. Can be made in advance: Prepare the tartar 1 day in advance, cover and chill, and arrange on the toasts shortly before serving.
