  • 150 g strawberries, halved
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 360 g plain yoghurt
  • 2 peaches, cut into pieces
  • Topping
  • 100 g strawberries, diced
  • 50 g red currants
  • 1 peaches, diced
  • 50 g raspberries
  • 30 g Brazil nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 4 tbsp millet flakes

  • 4 bowls, each approx. 500 ml

  • Smoothie

    Puree the strawberries, raspberries and peaches in a blending cup. Mix in the yoghurt, serve the smoothie in bowls.
  • Topping

    Sprinkle the redcurrants, strawberries, raspberries, peach, Brazil nuts and millet flakes over the top.
