  • 1 dl coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp liquid honey
  • 250 g blueberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Utensils
  • 4 glasses, each approx. 200 ml

  • Combine the coconut milk, honey and chia seeds, pour into the glasses. Puree the blueberries with the water, carefully pour over the back of a spoon and into the glasses. Puree the raspberries with the lemon juice and water, carefully pour over the back of a spoon and onto the blueberries.
  • Tip:

    Mix the smoothie before serving.
