Ingredients

  • 200 g spaghettini, halved
  • 2 dl water
  • 30 g dried porcini mushrooms
  • 4 dl milk
  • 40 g grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp salt
  • a little pepper

Instructions

  • Put the spaghettini, mushrooms, milk and water into a wide pan, season with salt and stir. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for approx. 10 mins., stirring occasionally. Stir in the parmesan, season.
  • Tip:

    Garnish with thyme leaves before serving.
