  • 4 rack of pork spareribs, (approx. 300 g each)
  • 3 tbsp. sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp. powdered onion
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1.5 tbsp. ground raw sugar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 0.5 tbsp. mustard seed
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 0.5 tbsp. pepper

  • Remove the meat from the fridge approx. 30 mins. prior to cooking. Mix the sugar and remaining ingredients including pepper. Rub 2 1/2 tbsp of the mixture into the spare ribs.
  • Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill the spare ribs over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 25 mins.
