Ingredients

  • 8 dl water
  • 2 bags black tea
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cm ginger, sliced
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 4 dl full-cream milk
  • Utensils
  • 4 cups, each approx. 300 ml

Instructions

  • Bring the water to the boil, remove the pan from the heat, add the tea bags and all the other ingredients up to and including the cocoa powder, cover and leave to steep for approx. 10 mins., strain, pour into the cups. Heat the milk in a pan, whisk until frothy. Pour into the cups.
