Ingredients

  • Meat
  • 500 g rumpsteak one whole piece
  • 1 red chili
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp. light soya sauce
  • 1 dl lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. dark sesame oil
  • oil to fry
  • Small Radishes
  • 2 bunch small radishes
  • 0.5 bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce
  • 1 head lettuce with lettuce hearts

Instructions

  • Meat

    Cut the meat into strips approx. 5mm wide, de-seed the chilli, finely chop, crush the garlic. Mix the lime juice with soy sauce, chilli, garlic and sesame oil.
  • Small Radishes

    Cube the radish, roughly chop the parsley, add both to the meat, season.
  • Lettuce

    Break the individual leaves off the lettuce, arrange on plates and place the salad on top.
  • Dazu passt:

    Baguette.
