Spicy beef salad with radish
Ingredients

- 500 g beef rump, one whole piece
- 1 red chilli
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 dl lime juice
- 2 tbsp dark sesame oil
- oil for frying
- Radishes
- 2 bunches radish
- 0.5 bunch flat-leaf parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce
- 1 head lettuce with hearts

Instructions

Meat
Cut the meat into strips approx. 5 mm wide, deseed the chilli pepper, finely chop, crush the garlic. Mix the lime juice with the soy sauce, chilli pepper, garlic and sesame oil. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the meat in batches for approx. 2 mins., mix with the sauce, leave to cool completely. -
Radishes
Dice the radish, roughly chop the parsley, add both to the meat, season. -
Lettuce
Break the individual leaves off the lettuce, arrange on plates and place the salad on top. -
