  • Meat
  • 0.5 tbsp oil for frying
  • 300 g beef frying steaks (minute steaks), sliced
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • a little pepper
  • Vegetables
  • 0.5 tbsp oil for frying
  • 1 broccoli (approx. 150 g), cut into florets
  • 1 dl water
  • 2 tsp hot chilli sauce (e.g. Sriracha)
  • 300 g sweet potato, diced
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • a little pepper

  • Meat

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the meat, stir fry for approx. 3 mins., season, remove from the pan, keep warm.
  • Vegetables

    Heat the oil in the same pan. Add the potatoes and broccoli, sauté for approx. 2 mins. Pour in the water, bring to the boil, season. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for approx. 5 mins. Return the meat to the pan, stir in the hot chilli sauce, heat gently.
