  • Nachos
  • 200 g tortilla chips
  • 1 spring onions incl. green parts, cut into rings
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • 0.5 bunch coriander, torn into pieces
  • 100 g Manchego, coarsely grated
  • Guacamole
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 avocado, cut into pieces
  • 0.5 tsp sambal oelek
  • 1 pinch salt
  • a little pepper

  • Nachos

    Place the tortilla chips on a tray lined with baking paper, top with the onions and sambal oelek. Sprinkle the Manchego over the top. Bake for approx. 5 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220°C, remove from the oven. Sprinkle with coriander.
  • Guacamole

    Mash the avocado with a fork, add the lime juice and sambal oelek, season. Serve with the nachos.
  • Tip:

    Serve with tomato salsa instead of guacamole.
