  • 400 g frozen brussels sprouts, defrosted
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 8 slices fried bacon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • a little pepper
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries, finely chopped
  • 8 wooden skewers

  • Salt the sprouts, thread the sprouts and bacon alternately onto the skewers. Cook in a non-stick frying pan for approx. 5 mins. Mix the cranberries with the honey, spread over the hot skewers, season.
