  • 400 g tiefgekühlter Rosenkohl, aufgetaut
  • 0.25 TL salt
  • 8 Tranchen frying bacon
  • 1 EL honey
  • wenig pepper
  • 2 EL dried cranberries, fein geschnitten
  • 8 wooden skewers

Instructions

  • Salt the sprouts, thread the sprouts and bacon alternately onto the skewers. Cook in a non-stick frying pan for approx. 5 mins. Mix the cranberries with the honey, spread over the hot skewers, season.
