  • Potatoes
  • 300 g baby potatoes
  • salted water, boiling
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • Squid
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 250 g squid tentacles, par-cooked (pre-ordered at the fish counter)
  • 0.25 tsp hot paprika
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 bunch flat-leaf parsley, leaves torn off

  • Potatoes

    Boil the potatoes, uncovered, in salted water for approx. 15 mins. until soft. Remove, allow to cool slightly, cut in half, mix with oil and salt.
  • Squid

    Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the squid tentacles all over for approx. 10 mins., remove. Cut into approx. 2 cm pieces, mix with oil, paprika and salt. Using toothpicks, stick the squid pieces and parsley into the potatoes.
  • Tip:

    statt scharfem Paprika geräucherten Paprika verwenden.
