  • 5 sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained
  • 1 tbsp. capers, drained
  • 1 tsp. sambal oelek
  • 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. ketchup
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • Steaks
  • 4 beef fillet medallions
  • 1 tbsp. clarified butter
  • 1 tbsp. flat-leaf parsley, broken into pieces

Instructions

  • Sauce

    Tomaten und alle Zutaten bis und mit Salz mischen, pürieren.
  • Steaks

    Medaillons einseitig ca. 2 cm tief rhombenförmig einschneiden. Bratbutter in einer Bratpfanne heiss werden lassen. Hitze reduzieren, Fleisch auf der Unterseite ca. 4 Min. braten, herausnehmen, würzen. Rohe Seite mit der Tatarsauce bestreichen, Petersilie darüberstreuen, ca. 5 Min. ruhen lassen.
