  • 400 g apples, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp water

  • Drizzle the apple slices with lemon juice. Heat the butter in a pan. Sauté the apples, add the water, mix. Cover and simmer over a low heat for approx. 5 mins. Remove, allow to cool slightly in a bowl or transfer hot to jars rinsed in hot water, leave to cool.
