Ingredients

  • Filling
  • 50 g caramel sweets (e.g. Toffifee), finely chopped
  • 50 g sugar-roasted almonds, finely chopped
  • 50 g butter, very soft
  • Rolls
  • 1 pizza dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 260 g)
  • 10 g butter, melted

Instructions

  • Filling

    Mix together the caramel sweets, nuts and butter.
  • Rolls

    Unroll the pizza dough and spread the filling over the top, leaving a border of approx. 1 cm. Roll up the dough and, without exerting pressure, cut it into 8 pieces using a bread knife. Lay out the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with butter.
  • Bake

    For approx. 20 mins. in an oven preheated to 180°C.
