  • 120 g hard wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 dl milk
  • 0.5 dl full cream
  • 250 g strawberries, cut into quarters
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 balls vanilla ice cream (approx. 60 g each)
  • 5 tbsp. icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Water, heiss
  • 2 egg yolk
  • 180 g Dessert Extrafin
  • 2 tbsp. Maizena cornflour
  • 2 egg white

  • Combine the eggs, sugar, milk and cream. Add the flour and salt. Mix well with the whisk attachment on a hand mixer. Divide into the moulds and top with the strawberries.
  • Bake for approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool.
