  • 4 g strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 balls lemon sorbet
  • 2 dl cream, beaten until stiff
  • peppermint leaf

  • Place the ice cream dishes in the freezer. Mix the strawberries and sugar. Shortly before serving, roughly mix the sorbet and strawberries. Loosely fold in the whipped cream, serve immediately, decorate with the strawberry slices and mint.
  • Tip:

    Only firm strawberries can be grated. Mash ripe ones with a fork.
