  • 4 g strawberries, cut into slices
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 4 balls lemon sorbet
  • 2 dl cream, whipped until stiff
  • peppermint leaves

  • Place the sundae glasses in the freezer. Prepare the strawberries. Grate into a bowl and sweeten if necessary. Set aside a few strawberries for the decoration. Shortly before serving, add the sorbet to the remaining strawberries and roughly mix. Add Kirsch to taste. Loosely fold in the whipped cream, plate up immediately, and decorate with the reserved strawberries and mint.
