  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 dl water
  • 250 g strawberries, cut into pieces
  • 1.5 dl full cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Utensils
  • 8 ice lolly moulds, each approx. 75 ml

  • Bring the water and sugar to the boil in a pan, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat and simmer for approx. 2 mins., leave to cool. Add the strawberries and lemon juice, puree. Stir in the cream. Transfer the mixture to the ice lolly moulds, freeze for approx. 5 hrs. or overnight.
  • Prepare:

    Prepare the ice lollies approx. 2 days in advance.
