Ingredients

  • Porridge
  • 2 dl almond milk
  • 100 g fine wholegrain rolled oats
  • 30 g buckwheat
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 organic lemons, dünn abgeschälte Schale, beiseite gestellt, ganzer Saft
  • 2 EL Hanfsamen
  • Topping
  • 20 g buckwheat
  • 20 g freeze-dried fruit mix
  • 125 g strawberries, cut into thin slices
  • 0.25 bunch peppermint, finely chopped

Instructions

  • Porridge

    Bring the almond milk, oat flakes and buckwheat to the boil, simmer for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat, allow to absorb for 2-3 mins. Stir in the maple syrup and lemon juice.
  • Topping

    Top the porridge with the strawberries, buckwheat, freeze-dried fruit, mint and reserved lemon peel.
