  • 0.5 bag strudel dough (60 g)
  • 20 g butter, liquid, left to cool
  • 80 g filling with almonds
  • 330 g pineapple chunks


  • Carefully unfold the dough, brush with a little butter, lay the leaves of dough on top of each other and cut into quarters. Distribute the almond mixture between the four quarters and lay the pineapple pieces on top. Pull up the edges of the dough to form small packets and brush with the remaining butter. Bake for approx. 20 min. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove from the oven, cool on a cooling rack.
