    Make 4 crosswise incisions approx. 1.5 cm deep on one side of the sausages. Stuff the cheese into the incisions. Wrap the sausages in bacon.
  • To grill the sausages

    Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill the sausages over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 5 mins. on each side.
