    Öl in einer Pfanne warm werden lassen, Spinat und Erbsli beigeben, ca. 5 Min. dämpfen, würzen, auskühlen. Frischkäse daruntermischen.
  • Chicken Breast

    Pouletbrüstli mit je ca. 2 EL Füllung füllen, mit Zahnstochern verschliessen. Öl in einer beschichteten Bratpfanne heiss werden lassen. Poulet beidseitig je ca. 3 Min. anbraten. Hitze reduzieren, rundum ca. 15 Min. fertig braten, würzen.
