  • 60 g dried figs, roughly chopped
  • 50 g Mostbröckli (beef sausage) sliced, roughly chopped
  • 50 g almonds, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 0.5 bunch dill, roughly chopped
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • a little pepper
  • Rolls
  • 1 cucumber halved crosswise, shaved lengthwise into 3 mm slices

  • Filling

    Puree the figs, sausage, almonds and dill in a food processor until smooth. Stir in the cream cheese and oil, season.
  • Rolls

    Place approx. 1 tbsp of filling at one end of the cucumber slices, roll up tightly, secure with toothpicks if necessary.
