  • Pasta Salad
  • 150 g noodles (z.B Karma Kichererbsen Fusilli)
  • saltwater, boiling
  • 1 broccoli (ca. 400 g), in Röschen, Strunk, geschält, in ca. 1 cm dicken Scheiben
  • 1 cucumber, geschält, geviertelt, entkernt, in Würfeli
  • 150 g multi-coloured cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 100 g Gruyère cheese, in 1 cm grossen Würfeln
  • Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 0.5 organic lemons, use grated zest and juice
  • 2 tbsp. chives, finely chopped
  • 0.5 dl vegetable bouillon
  • 90 g natural yogurt
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper

Instructions

  • Pasta Salad

    Fusilli und Broccoli im Salzwasser knapp al dente kochen, abtropfen, auskühlen. Fusilli und Broccoli mit allen Zutaten bis und mit Gruyère in einer Schüssel mischen.
  • Sauce

    Zitronenschale und alle Zutaten bis und mit Jogurt verrühren, Schnittlauch daruntermischen, würzen. Salat und Sauce mischen.
