  • 1 spring onions, including green parts, cut into thin rings

  • 0.5 tsp. sea salt
  • a little pepper
  • 30 g pine nuts, roasted

Instructions

  • Tarte Flambée

    Teig entrollen, mit dem Backpapier in eine Alu-Grillauflage legen, mit Crème fraîche bestreichen. Zucchetti und Bundzwiebeln darauf verteilen, würzen und mit Pinienkernen bestreuen. Über mittelstarker Glut / auf mittlerer Stufe (ca. 200 Grad) zugedeckt ca. 20 Min. grillieren.
