  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 rolled tarte flambée dough (approx. 24 x 33 cm)
  • 1 spring onions incl. green parts, cut into thin rings
  • 0.5 courgettes, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • a little pepper
  • 30 g pine nuts, toasted

  • Tarte flambée

    Roll out the pastry, transfer to an aluminium grill tray together with the baking paper, spread the crème fraîche on top. Cover with the courgette and spring onions, season and sprinkle with pine nuts. Cover and grill over/on medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 20 mins.
