  • 2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. coarse-grain mustard
  • 0.5 dl vegetable bouillon
  • 3 tbsp. rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp. plain yoghurt
  • 1 red onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 cucumber
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g Gruyère cheese
  • 4 cervelat sausage

  • Put the mustard, balsamic, oil, stock, yoghurt and garlic into a measuring jug, remove the parsley leaves, puree the mixture, then season.
  • Cut the onion into rings. Partially peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthways, then into cubes. Halve the tomatoes.
  • Peel the cervelat sausages, cut in half lengthways, then into slices. Add everything to the dressing and mix.
