  • 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
  • 1 spring onions, including green parts, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp. soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp. peanut oil
  • 1 stick lemongrass, core of the vegetable finely chopped

  • Marinade

    Mix the vinegar with all the other ingredients.
  • Tipp:

    Die Hälfte der Marinade zugedeckt kühl stellen. Ca. 600 g Tofu, Grillkäse oder Gemüse mit der restlichen Marinade bestreichen, zugedeckt im Kühlschrank ca. 3 Std. marinieren. Marinade abstreifen. Tofu, Grillkäse oder Gemüse trocken tupfen, grillieren, während dem Grillieren mit der beiseite gestellten Marinade bestreichen, würzen.
