  • 340 g garam masala
  • 1 dl vegetable bouillon
  • 1 stick lemongrass sticks, core finely chopped
  • 0.5 bunch coriander, stems finely chopped, greens set aside
  • Vegetables
  • 2 sweet potato (approx. 800 g), peeled, diced
  • 260 g peas
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 130 g beans
  • 2 naan breads (e.g. Patak's)

  • Masala

    Bring the masala sauce, lemongrass and coriander stems to the boil in a pan while stirring, pour in the stock.
  • Vegetables

    Add the sweet potatoes to the sauce, simmer over a low heat for approx. 8 mins. Add the peas and beans, simmer for approx. 2 mins. while stirring, season. Tear off the reserved coriander leaves, sprinkle on top, serve with the naan bread.
