  • 500 g rhubarb, cut into cubes
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • Dough
  • 5 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 4 tbsp. white flour
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • Backen
  • icing sugar zum Bestäuben
  • Utensils
  • Für 4 ofenfeste Formen von je ca. 3 dl, gefettet und bemehlt

  • Fruit

    Mix the rhubarb, sugar and vanilla sugar, cover and leave to infuse for approx. 10 mins.
  • Dough

    Using the whisk on a hand mixer, beat the eggs, sugar and salt for approx. 5 mins. until the mixture is light and fluffy. Mix in the almonds, flour and rhubarb, divide the mixture between the prepared moulds. Bake for approx. 25 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove, dust with icing sugar.

    Ca. 25 Min. in der unteren Hälfte des auf 180 Grad vorgeheizten Ofens. Herausnehmen, mit Puderzucker bestäuben.
