  • 150 g diced bacon
  • 2 onion, cut into strips
  • 1 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 5 dl vegetable bouillon
  • 2 dl full fat cream
  • 400 g pumpkin (e.g. butternut), cut into small cubes
  • 250 g noodles (z. B. Älplermagronen)
  • 80 g grated Gruyère
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Brown the bacon, onions and garlic in a non-stick frying pan, then remove from the heat. Bring the broth and cream to a boil, add the squash and pasta, cover and cook al dente on low heat for approximately 8 minutes, until the liquid has completely evaporated. Stir in the cheese and add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with the bacon and onions.
