  • 2 onion, cut into strips
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed
  • 5 dl vegetable bouillon
  • 2 dl full cream
  • 400 g pumpkin (e.g. butternut), cut into small cubes
  • 80 g grated Gruyère
  • 250 g noodles (e.g. Alpler macaroni)
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Speck, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch in einer beschichteten Bratpfanne goldbraun braten, herausnehmen. Bouillon und Rahm aufkochen, Kürbis und Teigwaren beigeben, zugedeckt bei kleiner Hitze ca. 8 Min. al dente kochen, bis die Flüssigkeit aufgesogen ist. Käse daruntermischen, würzen. Beiseite gestellte Speck-Zwiebeln darauf verteilen.
