  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • Asparagus
  • 600 g green asparagus, cut off the lower woody ends
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 lemons, use only the juice

    Brush the T-bone steaks with oil, season. Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Grill the steaks over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 4 mins. on each side, keep warm for approx. 10 mins.
  • Asparagus

    Mix the asparagus with the oil. Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Grill over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 4 mins. on each side, season with salt. Drizzle with lemon juice, serve with the T-bone steak.
