Instructions

  • Mayonnaise mit saurem Halbrahm verrühren. Ei, Kapern, und Zwiebel fein hacken, Cornichons in Würfeli schneiden, Petersilie fein schneiden. Alles unter die Sauce mischen, würzen. Bis zum Servieren kühl stellen.
  • Passt zu:

    Fondue Chinois.
