Ingredients

  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 100 g sour single cream
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 cornichons
  • 0.5 onions, small
  • 0.5 bunch parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine the mayonnaise and sour single cream. Finely chop the egg, capers and onion, dice the cornichons, finely chop the parsley. Mix everything into the sauce, season. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
