  • 180 g sour single cream
  • 2 pizza dough, rolled into a circle (each approx. 28 cm in diameter)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • a little pepper
  • 240 g raclette cheese, grated with a rösti grater
  • 2 pear, thinly sliced
  • 4 red onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp peppermint, finely chopped
  • 20 g rocket

  • Place the dough and baking paper on two baking trays, spread the cream on top, season.
  • Top with the cheese, onions and pears. Bake for approx. 20 mins. in a (convection) oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven.
  • Garnish with mint and rocket, serve immediately.
