  • Dough
  • 180 g sour single cream
  • 2 pizza dough, rolled into a circle (each approx. 28 cm in diameter)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • a little pepper
  • 240 g raclette cheese, coarsely grated
  • 4 red onions, sclied
  • 2 pears, sliced
  • Bake
  • 20 g rocket
  • 1 tbsp peppermint, chopped finely

  • Dough

    Place the dough and baking paper on two baking trays, spread the cream on top, season. Top with the cheese, onions and pears.
  • Bake

    Bake for approx. 20 mins. in a (convection) oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, garnish with mint and rocket, serve immediately.
