  • 4 tbsp. sugar
  • 150 g white flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 organic lemon, use grated zest only
  • 1.5 dl white wine (e.g. Petite Arvine)
  • 1 tbsp. butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 dl cream
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1.5 tbsp. Maizena cornflour

  • Mix the flour, sugar, salt and lemon zest in a bowl. Add the butter and, using your hands, rub together to form an evenly crumbly mixture. Add the wine, quickly combine to form a soft dough, do not knead.
  • Shape: Quarter the dough, shape into balls, press into the prepared moulds, firmly prick, chill for approx. 30 mins.
  • Combine the wine with the remaining ingredients and cinnamon. Divide the mixture into the moulds and top with the butter.
  • Bake for approx. 30 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove and leave to cool on a rack.
