  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. rapeseed oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices wholemeal toast bread, roasted, cut into quarters
  • 50 g lettuce, cut into 3-cm pieces
  • 80 g turkey ham in slices, cut in half, folded
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, cut into slices
  • 4 wooden skewer


  • Combine the mustard with the lemon juice and oil and season. Drizzle half the sauce over the pieces of toast. Arrange the ham, lettuce and eggs on top and drizzle with the rest of the sauce. Place 4 topped mini bread rolls on each skewer.
