  • 250 g brown bread, cut into eight 1.5-cm-thick slices
  • 16 slices raclette cheese (ca. 600 g)
  • 100 g silverskin onions
  • 8 dill pickles, cut lengthways into quarters
  • a little pepper


  • Place the slices of bread on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Place two slices of cheese on each slice of bread. Arrange the pearl onions and gherkins on top.
  • Bake in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C for approx. 15 mins. Remove, season.
