  • 200 g baguettes, halved lengthwise and crosswise
  • 60 g basil pesto
  • To bake
  • 150 g mozzarella, torn
  • 125 g different coloured cherry tomatoes, sliced

    Spread the cut surfaces with pesto, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • To bake

    Toast for approx. 5 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220°C, then remove. Arrange the tomatoes and mozzarella on top, bake for approx. 15 mins.
