  • Sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g plain cottage cheese
  • 4 sprigs thyme, leaves torn off
  • a little pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • Quiche
  • 1 pastry dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 32 cm in diameter)
  • a little pepper
  • 500 g tomato (e.g. cherry tomatoes, Peretti), halved or sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • 2 sprigs thyme, torn

  • Sauce

    Mix the cottage cheese with the eggs and thyme, season.
  • Quiche

    Roll out the dough and place in a tin (approx. 30 cm in diameter) lined with baking paper. Prick the base firmly with a fork. Pour the mixture over the pastry base. Arrange the tomatoes on top, drizzle with oil, garnish with thyme, season.
  • To bake

    Approx. 45 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 220°C.
