  • 40 g butter, soft
  • 1 Organic lemon, a little grated zest and 1/2 tbsp of juice, use grated zest only
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed
  • 0.5 tsp. hot curry powder
  • 0.5 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tin corn kernels, (approx. 280 g), rinsed, drained
  • 1 onion, cut into strips
  • 1 red chilli pepper, insides removed, cut into strips
  • 4 piece aluminium foil, (approx. 30 x 45 cm)
  • 4 Thunfisch-Steaks, (organic, approx. 180 g each)
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper
  • 4 mini lettuce, cut into quarters


  • Mix together the butter, garlic, lemon zest, curry and salt. Mix the corn, onion, peperoncino and salt, and distribute them among the sheets of aluminium foil. Season the fish, lay it on the vegetables, and distribute the lettuce and butter on top of the fish. Close the foil packets.
  • Grill the packets over/on medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 20 minutes.
