Ingredients

  • 75 g dates, finely chopped
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 75 g ground almonds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 pinches salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the rolled oats with all the other ingredients. With wet hands, shape into approx. 18 balls, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • To bake

    Approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 160°C. Remove from the oven, leave to cool on a cooling rack.
