  • 4 veal cutlets (approx. 200 g each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • a little pepper
  • Salsa
  • 4 tbsp Chimichurri sauce
  • 140 g mango slices, diced
  • 0.5 cucumber, peeled, deseeded, diced
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • a little pepper

  • Meat

    Brush the meat with oil, season. Heat a griddle or frying pan, fry the cutlets for approx. 4 mins. on each side, keep warm.
  • Salsa

    Mix the mango, cucumber and chimichurri sauce, season, spread on top of the cutlets.
  • Tip:

    Sprinkle with finely chopped coriander.
