Veal sausage fry-up

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 300 g baby potatoes, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 onions, sliced
- 2 St. Gallen veal bratwurst, sliced
- 200 g frozen mixed vegetables, (e.g. Findus Marché Mixed Vegetables Royal), defrosted
- 0.5 tsp salt
- a little pepper

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the potatoes, cover and cook over a medium heat for approx. 15 mins., turning occasionally. Add the butter, vegetables, sausage and onion, fry the ingredients for approx. 15 mins., turning frequently, season.
