  • 300 g baby potatoes, sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 onions, sliced
  • 2 St. Gallen veal bratwurst, sliced
  • 200 g frozen mixed vegetables, (e.g. Findus Marché Mixed Vegetables Royal), defrosted
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • a little pepper

  • Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the potatoes, cover and cook over a medium heat for approx. 15 mins., turning occasionally. Add the butter, vegetables, sausage and onion, fry the ingredients for approx. 15 mins., turning frequently, season.
  • Tip:

    Sprinkle with roughly chopped parsley just before serving.
