  • 300 g parsnips
  • 3 apples
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. rosemary
  • a little pepper
  • 500 g veal sausage meat
  • 4 slices raclette cheese (je ca. 50 g)

  • Peel the parsnips, slice with the apples into approx. 3 mm thick slices, season with salt. Place the slices in 4 rosettes on an oven tray lined with baking paper.
  • Top with the raclette cheese and veal sausage meat. Roughly chop the rosemary, scatter over, season.
  • Bake for approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C.
