  • Steaks
  • a little pepper
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 200 g veal frying steaks (minute steaks)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white flour
  • Dressing
  • 1 glass artichoke hearts in oil (approx. 280 g), drained, quartered
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 2 dl single cream for sauces
  • a little pepper
  • 0.25 bunch sage, finely chopped

  • Steaks

    Season the meat, coat in flour and fry in hot oil for approx. 1 min. on each side, remove.
  • Dressing

    Add the artichokes to the same pan and fry for approx. 2 mins. Pour in the cream, bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for approx. 5 mins., season. Return the steaks to the pan and heat gently. Sprinkle sage on top.
