Ingredients

  • Muesli
  • 1 apples, grated
  • 235 ml almond milk
  • 200 g natural soya yogurt
  • 180 g wholegrain rolled oats
  • 25 g raisins
  • 1 tbsp. walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. raw sugar
  • 1 tbsp. orange juice
  • Topping
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 50 g raspberries
  • 1 banana, cut into slices
  • 50 g strawberries
  • 1 tsp. coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. mixed nuts, chopped

Instructions

  • Muesli

    Mix all the ingredients, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Topping

    Serve the muesli in bowls, top with the berries, bananas and remaining ingredients.
  • Tipp:

    Das Müesli ist auch zum Tiefkühlen geeignet. Frieren Sie einzelne Portionen in Beuteln ein und nehmen Sie sie am Abend vorher heraus und lassen sie das Müesli im Kühlschrank auftauen.
