  • Muesli
  • 1 apples, grated
  • 2.5 dl almond drink
  • 200 g natural soya desserts
  • 180 g whole-grain rolled oats
  • 25 g raisins
  • 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp flaked almonds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • Toppings
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 50 g raspberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 50 g strawberries, halbiert
  • 1 tsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp mixed nuts, chopped
  • 50 g pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  • Muesli

    Mix all the ingredients, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Toppings

    Serve the muesli in bowls, top with the berries, bananas and remaining ingredients.
