Ingredients

  • Dough
  • 200 g white flour
  • 130 g ground hazelnuts
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 2.5 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2.5 dl Water
  • 5 tbsp. sunflower oil
  • 100 g dark chocolate (64% cocoa), coarsely chopped
  • Decoration
  • icing sugar to dust

Instructions

  • Dough

    In a bowl, mix the flour with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt. Add the water and oil, mix, stir in the chocolate. Spoon the dough into the prepared muffin tray.
  • Bake

    Bake for approx. 22 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove from the oven, cool on a cooling rack.
  • Decoration

    Dust the muffins with icing sugar.
  • Haltbarkeit:

    Schmecken frisch am besten.
