Ingredients

  • Vegetables
  • a little oil
  • 1 onions, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 courgettes, diced
  • 0.5 tbsp Seasoning preparation for meat (e.g. Coop spicy meat seasoning)
  • salt to taste
  • Fajitas
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 avocado, cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche

Instructions

  • Vegetables

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the pepper, onion and courgette, stir fry for approx. 3 mins. Season the vegetables. Remove the pan from the heat.
  • Fajitas

    Prepare the tortillas according to the packet instructions, spread the crème fraîche over the tortillas, top with the vegetables and avocado. Roll up the tortillas.
  • Tip:

    Serve with lime and fresh coriander.
